Leading Green Warehouse Development. The award is granted by\u00a0a\u00a020-person jury from the retail, construction, hotel and logistics industries. The facility developed for Lidl was recognized as\u00a0the best logistics facility in\u00a0Poland in\u00a0terms of environmental protection and sustainable development.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">For 20 years, the award has been presented by\u00a0the Commercial &#038; Investment Journal Magazine, which is an opinion-forming medium on\u00a0new projects, real estate, contracts and investment activities, as\u00a0well as\u00a0commentary and detailed market analysis, statistics and information on\u00a0the latest trends in\u00a0Northern, Central and Eastern Europe and in\u00a0international development circles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The centre\u00a0completed\u00a0for Lidl is another award-winning project of Budimex. Earlier this year, awards were also\u00a0won by\u00a0other building structures of Budimex<strong><br \/>\n  <em>:\u00a0<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong> the Marki Education and Recreation\u00a0Centre in\u00a0Marki and the Nuctech Factory in\u00a0Koby\u0142ka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lidl\u2019s logistics centre in\u00a0Ka\u0142uszyn is the largest in\u00a0Poland and the most innovative centre in\u00a0Europe owned by\u00a0Lidl.The facility on\u00a0an area of approx. 28 thousand m2 has two storeys and a\u00a0single-storey part (approx. 30 thousand m2) intended for high storage. The total usable area of the facility is approx. 58 thousand m2. On\u00a0the first floor in\u00a0the north-eastern part, there is an administrative and social space.
