Budimex joins the companies that say: Let\u2019s not slow down! The largest Polish general construction contractor, which employs more than 7,500 people, is the first major company to join the #Niezwalniajmy action. The initiator and organizer of the action is the Business Centre Club and Homejob, a remote and flexible work portal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the assumptions of the #Niezwalniajmy, the company joining the campaign declares that if it is necessary to reduce costs in its case due to the current economic situation caused by the coronavirus, costs other than those related to employment will be reduced in the first place in order to protect as many jobs as possible.<\/p>\n

We join the campaign to promote and support activities aimed at securing jobs. Unexpected changes in the labor market make us even more careful about protecting our employees. Budimex is perceived by candidates, employees and customers as a stable and reliable contractor and employer \u2013 says Cezary M\u0105czka \u2013 Member of the Management Board of Dyr. Human Resources Management Budimex SA.<\/p>\n

In the first quarter of this year, Budimex employed over 100 people. This year\u2019s plan, assuming the implementation of construction contracts under the current conditions, provides for the employment of over 0.5 thousand people. We pay special attention to the implementation of contracts, we care about their impact on the stability of the organization. The current epidemiological situation has not yet negatively affected our operations, but we are closely monitoring it and taking flexible measures to respond to emerging changes. We are lucky so far \u2013 we can work fully to meet our commitments,\u201d says Cezary M\u0105czka. <\/p>\n

At the moment, Budimex is looking for employees for more than 36 positions, including road and track works foremen, design documentation engineers and electrical works managers. On the polecambudimex.pl website, anyone can recommend a friend for a job.<\/p>\n

The employers who have joined the campaign so far are: Budimex, ANG Sp\u00f3\u0142dzielnia, Media Scope Group, Skin Vitale, Galster Fruit Producers Group, Yellows, Decerto, Practum Consulting and Miludek Development Support Centre.<\/p>\n

Patrons of the campaign: Polish HR Association, Business Centre Club, Diversity Charter coordinated by the Responsible Business Forum, Global Compact Network Poland, CR Navigator, Better, Social Impact Alliance for Central & Eastern Europe, Admind<\/p>\n
