Budimex\u00a0\u00a0won the Golden CSR Leaf of Polityka, which is the highest possible distinction in\u00a0this ranking. This is the most prestigious and valuable CSR award on\u00a0the market, which this year was received by\u00a0only fourteen companies, including: PKN Orlen, Santander, Millenium, Polpharma, Tauron Polska and Energia SA.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Responsibility and commitment are a\u00a0natural part of our philosophy of operating on\u00a0the market. As\u00a0a\u00a0general contractor, we\u00a0meet deadlines and obligations to\u00a0our investors. We\u00a0run large and long-term social programs: Parent Zone and Hello ICE, which have already benefited over 0.5 million children<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 says Cezary M\u0105czka \u2013 Member of the Management Board of Budimex SA, who is responsible for CSR activities in\u00a0the company.<\/p>\n

Every year,\u00a0the weekly POLITYKA, in\u00a0cooperation with the consulting company Deloitte and the Responsible Business\u00a0Forum, prepare\u00a0a\u00a0list\u00a0of POLITYKA\u2019s Golden, Silver and White CSR Leaves.<\/p>\n

The Golden CSR Leaf of POLITYKA is awarded to\u00a0companies for which the implementation of the guidelines contained in\u00a0the ISO 26000 standard is a\u00a0key element of strategic activities in\u00a0business and in\u00a0relations with stakeholders, including employees. Companies base their activities on\u00a0the best local and global management practices and apply international standards. In\u00a0addition, an important element of their management of ESG factors is a\u00a0comprehensive ethics management system and a\u00a0written and public document that defines the rules of conduct in\u00a0business activities and the highest standards of personnel management. \u201d We\u00a0regularly inform about the effects of our activities in\u00a0non-financial or\u00a0integrated reports prepared on\u00a0the basis of international standards, which are subject to\u00a0external independent verification,\u201d adds\u00a0<\/em>Cezary M\u0105czka.<\/em><\/p>\n

Budimex also advanced in\u00a0other rankings of CSR companies. In\u00a0the ranking of responsible companies (Dziennik Gazeta Prawna), it was ranked 6th. Moving up 12 places compared to\u00a0last year, when it took 18th. place.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
