Budimex has finalised the Giant Office service and office project in Pozna\u0144 by handing over the facility for use. The high-class building has a BREEAM ecological certificate at the Very Good level. The value of the completed project is PLN 90 million.\u00a0 The investor is Giant Invest Sp. z o.o. Giant Office is a modern and impressive office building, which was built in Pozna\u0144\u2019s G\u00f3rczyn district. Its impressive fa\u00e7ade made of concrete, brick and glass gives the investment a unique character. The building has been designed with attention to the smallest details. It also uses a number of innovative and ecological solutions. Thanks to this, Giant Office is an energy-efficient office building that maintains an optimal temperature in winter and does not overheat in summer.<\/p>\n

It is also one of the largest buildings of this type in the city. Its total usable area is over 30 thousand sq m, of which over 15 thousand sq m. is intended for office activities, and almost 2 thousand sq. m. to service. The functional diversity is reflected in the architectural form of the building. The ground floor intended for commercial and service space has been clearly separated stylistically from the office floors. It is distinguished by an unusual fa\u00e7ade made of imitation of natural stone. The fa\u00e7ade of the upper floors was made of hand-formed brick and 4-meter glass elements.<\/p>\n

\u2013 We are handing over another modern and environmentally friendly office building. Budimex has extensive experience in the implementation of this type of projects, which is why we are happy to include Giant Office in Pozna\u0144 in the portfolio of investments that change the face of Polish cities <\/em>\u2013 says Artur Popko, Vice-President of the Management Board of Budimex SA.<\/p>\n

The interesting appearance of the building is not the only advantage of the investment. A great advantage of Giant Office is a well-thought-out office space, the layout of which has been determined on the basis of the analysis of the building\u2019s lighting, so that all its users can use it as effectively and pleasantly as possible. Four independent communication divisions facilitate the division of the floor area between individual tenants. An important factor in the organization of space is the possibility of separating both comfortable open-space areas and office rooms. What is more, future tenants will be able to finish their offices in a way that suits them and match the d\u00e9cor to the nature of the company.<\/p>\n

In addition to the office zone and commercial space, the main hall was also built here, which was designed in the form of a passageway, connecting the external zone of the building with the internal courtyard. The light grey floor in this part of the building smoothly transitions into the patio space.<\/p>\n

Another impressive point in the building is the reception. The walls of this zone and the hall were finished with hard Hardox wear-resistant sheet 4 mm thick and 150 cm wide, which is a continuation of the external cladding of the building. The counter in the lobby was designed as a monolithic block, finished from the outside with blocks of coarse aggregate concrete. The whole space was complemented by elegant lighting in the form of linear niches.<\/p>\n

The building is 27.23 meters high and qualifies for the high category. Construction works on the facility began in April 2018 and were completed in February 2020, and the value of the investment is PLN 90 million.<\/p>\n

Giant Office is not the only office project in Budimex\u2019s portfolio. The company also built the Krak\u00f3w m.in. BIG for Ghelamco, i.e. a modern and ecological office building, as well as the headquarters of the Transport Technical Supervision in Warsaw\u2019s Mokot\u00f3w district.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
