One of them is the Employee Capital Plans, which this year will cover another 3.7 million employees in\u00a0Poland. The Lewiatan Confederation has prepared a\u00a0report in\u00a0which it attempts to\u00a0determine the potential of long-term savings programs as\u00a0a\u00a0non-wage benefit. Waste management in\u00a0Poland is\u00a0moving towards the widest possible recovery of raw materials or\u00a0energy, so that waste is not a\u00a0problem, but\u00a0rather a\u00a0sought-after and\u00a0valuable commodity. Energy recovery from\u00a0waste will always be\u00a0an integral part of the waste management system, as\u00a0it enables the management of those fractions that cannot be\u00a0recovered and\u00a0should not be\u00a0landfilled, but\u00a0have\u00a0a\u00a0high energy value. Over\u00a0the next 6 years, it will become clear how waste management in\u00a0Poland will develop and\u00a0what role incineration will play in\u00a0it.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
