The CBCK initiative aims to\u00a0select companies that stand out for their reliability in\u00a0terms of employment policy, employee solutions and human resources management. \u00a0\u201cWe are glad that once again the quality of Budimex \u2013 as\u00a0a\u00a0responsible employer \u2013 has been confirmed by\u00a0this distinction. It is worth recalling that last year we\u00a0joined the #niezwalniamy campaign. Its participants declare that due to\u00a0the recession, jobs will be\u00a0cut last. What distinguishes us also as\u00a0an employer is a\u00a0very low level of employee turnover, a\u00a0very rich package of training, social benefits and the possibility of professional development at\u00a0every level of career in\u00a0our organization. This is the effort of the entire Budimex HR team, which deserves praise for the certificate obtained,\u201d says Cezary M\u0105czka, Member of the Management Board of Dyr.\u00a0Human Resources Management Budimex SA.<\/p>\n

To\u00a0obtain the title of Best Quality Employer, participants must pass the certification process and meet\u00a0 the standards set out in\u00a0it. The following criteria are taken into account: the level of employment, the level of employee turnover, the development of professional qualifications\u00a0 of employees and training, career and promotion paths, recruitment conditions and competence management.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur goal is to\u00a0select companies that provide the best working conditions. In\u00a0the verification process, the employment policy and human resources management, promotion and development opportunities, stability and attractiveness of employment conditions are assessed,\u201d says El\u017cbieta Michalska, President of CBCK.<\/p>\n

Among the companies awarded the Best Quality Employer title\u00a0 were, next to\u00a0Budimex, m.in.\u00a0mBank, DPD, UPC and Grupa \u017bywiec. \u200b\u200b<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
