Budimex has already launched the first tranche of financial aid from the announced PLN 1 million for hospitals, which it declared by joining the \u201cWe are together. We help\u201d. The first to receive support were hospitals in Wa\u0142brzych, Racib\u00f3rz and Warsaw. In these regions, the number of infected is currently the highest. Other institutions will receive funds in the next three weeks.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each of the hospitals received funds in the form of a non-refundable donation to support the purchase of medical equipment and personal protective equipment needed in the fight against the coronavirus. The following have already received assistance:
\u2013 District Hospital im. Dr. J\u00f3zef Rostek in Racib\u00f3rz
\u2013 Specialist Hospital im. Dr. Alfred Soko\u0142owski in Wa\u0142brzych
\u2013 Provincial Infectious Diseases Hospital in Warsaw
All these facilities are involved in the treatment of patients infected with the SARS-Cov-2 virus. More hospitals will soon receive support.<\/p>\n

Budimex announced support for hospitals and health care in the second half of March. In the coming weeks, we will support more hospitals in other provinces. Especially where this help is most needed. We will support Polish doctors and medical staff<\/em> \u2013 says Dariusz Blocher \u2013 President of Budimex SA. We are and will continue to look in various markets, among various manufacturers of protective equipment \u2013 both for our employees and for the health care system<\/em> \u2013 adds Dariusz Blocher.<\/p>\n

Last week, Budimex announced that it wants to carry out all construction sites while maintaining comprehensive safety rules. In Wa\u0142brzych, Budimex is the general contractor of the city\u2019s bypass, and in Racib\u00f3rz it is just finishing the construction of a flood control reservoir for the upper Oder. In Warsaw, it implements several residential construction contracts and investments of the municipal MPWIK, energy and airport. The company has already supported the hospital in Racib\u00f3rz. In August 2018, she created a Parent Zone in the children\u2019s ward of this facility, i.e. a comfortable place for parents and their children staying in the hospital.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
