Budimex has already launched the first tranche of financial aid from the announced PLN 1 million for hospitals, which it declared by\u00a0joining the \u201cWe are together. We\u00a0help\u201d. The first to\u00a0receive support were hospitals in\u00a0Wa\u0142brzych, Racib\u00f3rz and Warsaw. In\u00a0these regions, the number of infected is currently the highest. Other institutions will receive funds in\u00a0the next three weeks.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each of the hospitals received funds in\u00a0the form of a\u00a0non-refundable donation to\u00a0support the purchase of medical equipment and personal protective equipment needed in\u00a0the fight against the coronavirus. The following have already received assistance:
\u2013 District Hospital im.\u00a0Dr. J\u00f3zef Rostek in\u00a0Racib\u00f3rz
\u2013 Specialist Hospital im.\u00a0Dr. Alfred Soko\u0142owski in\u00a0Wa\u0142brzych
\u2013 Provincial Infectious Diseases Hospital in\u00a0Warsaw
All these facilities are involved in\u00a0the treatment of patients infected with the SARS-Cov-2 virus. More hospitals will soon receive support.<\/p>\n

Budimex announced support for hospitals and health care in\u00a0the second half of March. In\u00a0the coming weeks, we\u00a0will support more hospitals in\u00a0other provinces. Especially where this help is most needed. We\u00a0will support Polish doctors and medical staff<\/em> \u2013 says Dariusz Blocher \u2013 President of Budimex SA. We\u00a0are and will continue to\u00a0look in\u00a0various markets, among various manufacturers of protective equipment \u2013 both for our employees and for the health care system<\/em> \u2013 adds Dariusz Blocher.<\/p>\n

Last week, Budimex announced that it wants to\u00a0carry out all construction sites while maintaining comprehensive safety rules. In\u00a0Wa\u0142brzych, Budimex is the general contractor of the city\u2019s bypass, and in\u00a0Racib\u00f3rz it is just finishing the construction of a\u00a0flood control reservoir for the upper Oder. In\u00a0Warsaw, it implements several residential construction contracts and investments of the municipal MPWIK, energy and airport. The company has already supported the hospital in\u00a0Racib\u00f3rz. In\u00a0August 2018, she created a\u00a0Parent Zone in\u00a0the children\u2019s ward of this facility, i.e. a\u00a0comfortable place for parents and their children staying in\u00a0the hospital.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
