Budimex has completed construction works related to\u00a0the investment in\u00a0Uniej\u00f3w. On\u00a0September 20, 2019, the grand opening of the four-star Aparthotel \u201cTermy Uniej\u00f3w\u201d took place. The building is distinguished by\u00a0its unique shape and surroundings. The area of the facility occupies approx. 10 thousandm2<\/sup>. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Record-breaking realization<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Aparthotel in\u00a0Uniej\u00f3w, built by\u00a0Budimex, is a\u00a0modern and functional building that will accommodate as\u00a0many as\u00a0172 apartments. \u201cThe implementation of such a\u00a0large investment, with many technological and logistics solutions, was completed in\u00a0record time. It took our company only 18 months. This confirms that Budimex specialises not only in\u00a0road contracts, but also successfully implements modern facilities for the hotel industry \u2013 <\/em>says \u00a0Dariusz Blocher, President of Budimex S.A.<\/p>\n

Budimex sews to\u00a0measure<\/strong><\/p>\n

The construction of the hotel required solutions that would make it easier for the staff and guests to\u00a0use its infrastructure. The general contractor has introduced many appropriate systems, which have made \u201cTermy Uniej\u00f3w\u201d a\u00a0very well-thought-out project. The functionality of the hotel is evidenced by\u00a0m.in.\u00a0a\u00a0special way to\u00a0the back of the building, appropriate organization of parking spaces or\u00a04 elevators, one of which is intended for catering facilities. It is worth noting that the city where the investment was carried out is one of the most popular resorts offering visitors the use of thermal waters extracted deep in\u00a0the earth. In\u00a0the Aparthotel, they were also used in\u00a0the heating system of the entire facility. The implementation of the investment was associated with numerous challenges, m.in.\u00a0digging in\u00a0irrigated soils, logistics, as\u00a0well as\u00a0appropriate protection and fencing of the surrounding forests. The construction was carried out in\u00a0Natura 2000 areas.<\/p>\n

During 18 months of work, Budimex used 4,500m3 of concrete, 670 tonnes of <\/sup>reinforcing steel and 257,500\u00a0silicates to\u00a0erect the hotel in\u00a0Uniej\u00f3w. A\u00a0building with a\u00a0mullion and transom structure was created, with thin-layer plaster and fa\u00e7ade panel cladding. \u201d The project uses mechanical ventilation in\u00a0public areas, gravity ventilation in\u00a0residential units and mechanical ventilation in\u00a0hygiene and sanitary facilities<\/em> ,\u201d says Tomasz Ciszewski, site manager at\u00a0Budimex SA.<\/strong><\/p>\n

DALUX Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n

The construction of the Aparthotel at\u00a0such a\u00a0record pace is due to\u00a0m.in.\u00a0construction team and the use of the DALUX program. We\u00a0are talking about an application that allows you to\u00a0manage documentation and access projects from mobile devices. \u2013 As\u00a0a\u00a0general contractor, we\u00a0carry out our investments using the latest technologies.
