Budimex was awarded the <\/strong>Best Quality Employer 2018 award and\u00a0 was awarded the title of the best employer in\u00a0Poland by\u00a0the Central Office for National Certification.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The jury of the competition awards companies\u00a0 that stand out for their effectiveness and innovation in\u00a0human resources management solutions. These are trustworthy organizations that care about the development of employees and ensure stability of employment, while ensuring a\u00a0friendly atmosphere at\u00a0work.<\/p>\n

We\u00a0treat the award as\u00a0a\u00a0confirmation that we\u00a0are the leader in\u00a0HR solutions in\u00a0Poland. We\u00a0will continue to\u00a0work to\u00a0maintain this position and develop our working environment for the benefit of both employees and shareholders<\/em> \u2013 says Cezary M\u0105czka \u2013 Member of the Management Board, Director of Human Resources Management at\u00a0Budimex S.A. Work organisation and HR management play an important role in\u00a0the construction sector, which is struggling with a\u00a0shortage of employees and an increase in\u00a0the cost of employees. We\u00a0constantly organize industry-specific training for our employees. Investing in\u00a0the development of employee skills and competencies is one of our company\u2019s priorities. We\u00a0provide real opportunities for promotion, self-fulfillment and professional development. The recruitment process is becoming more and more challenging for employers, and the requirements of candidates are also growing. Our program is designed to\u00a0help both <\/em>\u2013 explains Marcin Andrzejewski, Program Director of CBCK. \u2013The title of Best Quality Employer helps to\u00a0build a\u00a0positive image of the employer\u2019s brand, attract the best specialists, and thus make the recruitment process more effective. On\u00a0the other hand, it gives candidates a\u00a0hint on\u00a0who on\u00a0the market is worth tying their professional career with<\/em>\u2013Adds.<\/p>\n

To\u00a0obtain the title of Best Quality Employer, participants must pass the certification process and meet\u00a0 the standards set out in\u00a0it. Among the winners of this award were also companies such as\u00a0Bouygues Immoblier Polska, DHL Global Forwarding, SUEZ Polska Sp. z\u00a0o. o, Decora SA, Sage Sp. z\u00a0o.o., Astellas Pharma, Optima Logistics Group and Murapol S.A.<\/p>\n

Budimex currently employs over 7.5 thousand people and is the largest construction employer in\u00a0Poland. This is yet another award for the company in\u00a0the area of human resources. Previously, it was awarded the titles of Employer of the Year in\u00a0Construction or\u00a0Industry Leader in\u00a0the Construction Category. The company was also at\u00a0the forefront of the Ideal Employer, Company for an Engineer and Reliable Employer of the Year ranking in\u00a0the Construction Industry.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
