Six above-ground storeys, over 7200 m2 of usable space, and 177 offices inside \u2013 Budimex S.A. has just completed the contract for the construction of the headquarters of the Customs Chamber in\u00a0Krak\u00f3w. The investment, worth over PLN 40 million, was erected at\u00a0ul.\u00a0Pacho\u0144skiego 3A and was handed over to\u00a0the Investor two months before the date indicated in\u00a0the agreement. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In\u00a03 years, office and service space was created with an area of 7213.68 m2 and spread over a\u00a0total of 7 floors, including one underground. The lowest place is a\u00a0garage hall with 42 parking spaces and a\u00a0complex of warehouses for the investor\u2019s needs. Level -1, in\u00a0addition to\u00a0the technical part of the building, also includes a\u00a0representative part, where training rooms, conference rooms and social facilities will be\u00a0located. \u201cThe innovative design of the investment is expressed in\u00a0an unusual shape, which has been divided into three segments of different heights. Such a\u00a0height division allowed for the construction of terraces on\u00a0the top floors, which in\u00a0total have over 500 m2 of area,\u201d says Dariusz Blocher, President of Budimex S.A.<\/p>\n

High-quality equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n

The contract executed by\u00a0Budimex S.A. provided not only for the construction of the headquarters with infrastructure, but also for its comprehensive equipment. The property has m.in.\u00a0a\u00a0modern CCTV monitoring system, which consists of over 50 cameras. The comfort of employees and guests of the Krakow Customs Chamber will also be\u00a0ensured by\u00a0an air conditioning system based on\u00a0VRF devices, which guarantee the highest quality while ensuring maximum energy efficiency.<\/p>\n

Accompanying infrastructure <\/strong><\/p>\n

By\u00a0implementing this investment, Budimex S.A. is also the contractor for works related to\u00a0the development of the area around the building. The company was entrusted with the construction of a\u00a0full external infrastructure, which included m.in.\u00a0a\u00a0fire road, 52 parking spaces, reconstruction of two public exits, as\u00a0well as\u00a0comprehensive arrangement of greenery and delivery and installation of small architecture objects.<\/p>\n

The Krakow investment is a\u00a0public utility facility that will serve as\u00a0an office for the use of the Tax Administration Chamber in\u00a0Krakow.<\/p>\n
