The Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that it has decided to\u00a0recommend to\u00a0the Ordinary General Meeting in\u00a02019 to\u00a0decide on\u00a0the payment of a\u00a0dividend in\u00a0the gross amount of PLN 6.30 (in\u00a0words: six zlotys and thirty groszy) per share.<\/p>\n

It is proposed to\u00a0allocate an amount constituting approximately 50% of the net profit for the period from January 1, 2018 to\u00a0December 31, 2018. At\u00a0the same time, the Management Board recommends allocating the remaining part of the net profit for the period from 1 January 2018 to\u00a031 December 2018 to\u00a0supplementary capital.<\/p>\n

The Management Board\u2019s recommendation to\u00a0allocate half of the profit generated for 2018 to\u00a0the payment of dividend takes into account the current difficult situation on\u00a0the construction market and the planned capital expenditures of the Budimex Group.<\/p>\n

It is recommended to\u00a0pay dividends to\u00a0all shares of Budimex SA, i.e.: 25,530,098 (say: twenty-five million five hundred thirty thousand ninety-eight) shares.<\/p>\n

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. proposes to\u00a0set the dividend date, i.e.: The date of establishing the list of shareholders entitled to\u00a0dividend for 2018 is June 6, 2019, and the dividend payment date is proposed to\u00a0be\u00a0set for June 19, 2019.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
