The Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that it has decided to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting in 2019 to decide on the payment of a dividend in the gross amount of PLN 6.30 (in words: six zlotys and thirty groszy) per share.<\/p>\n

It is proposed to allocate an amount constituting approximately 50% of the net profit for the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. At the same time, the Management Board recommends allocating the remaining part of the net profit for the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 to supplementary capital.<\/p>\n

The Management Board\u2019s recommendation to allocate half of the profit generated for 2018 to the payment of dividend takes into account the current difficult situation on the construction market and the planned capital expenditures of the Budimex Group.<\/p>\n

It is recommended to pay dividends to all shares of Budimex SA, i.e.: 25,530,098 (say: twenty-five million five hundred thirty thousand ninety-eight) shares.<\/p>\n

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. proposes to set the dividend date, i.e.: The date of establishing the list of shareholders entitled to dividend for 2018 is June 6, 2019, and the dividend payment date is proposed to be set for June 19, 2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
