Budimex\u2019s bid for the construction of a\u00a0new gas-fired boiler house for the \u017bera\u0144 CHP Plant in\u00a0Warsaw, worth PLN 99,009,624, won the tender for the implementation of this investment by\u00a0PGNiG Termika. This is another order from Budimex in\u00a0the energy and industrial sector. The investment will be\u00a0carried out by\u00a0Budimex\u2019s power and industrial construction division. The KG2 peaking and reserve boiler house with a\u00a0capacity of 260 MW will be\u00a0built by\u00a0December 2021.<\/p>\n

The investment will be\u00a0covered by\u00a0a\u00a0three-year warranty for equipment and a\u00a0five-year warranty for construction works. Budimex is systematically developing its construction segment of the energy and industrial sector.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0October 2018, Budimex completed another energy contract: the Czesz\u00f3w \u2013 Kie\u0142cz\u00f3w gas pipeline for Gaz System SA. In\u00a0addition to\u00a0many projects in\u00a0the waste sector and environmental protection, since 2014 the company has also been building a\u00a0power unit in\u00a0the Tur\u00f3w Power Plant in\u00a0a\u00a0consortium. The agreement with PGE G\u00f3rnictwo i\u00a0Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A., Tur\u00f3w Power Plant Branch covers the design, construction and commissioning of a\u00a0power plant with a\u00a0capacity of 450 MWe. The construction is to\u00a0be\u00a0completed in\u00a02020, and its total value is over PLN 3.5 billion. In\u00a0February 2019, the Consortium: Budimex S.A. and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe signed a\u00a0contract for the modernization of the existing flue gas desulphurization installation and flue gas discharge system at\u00a0TAURON Wytwarzanie Sp\u00f3\u0142ka Akcyjna \u2013 \u0141aziska Power Plant Branch. In\u00a0April this year, the consortium of Budimex S.A. and Mostostal Krak\u00f3w S.A. won the tender for the construction of the Strachocina \u2013 Polish-Slovak border gas pipeline.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
