On\u00a05 May 2016, Budimex signed a\u00a0contract with the Pozna\u0144 Branch of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways for the construction of the S5 Pozna\u0144 \u2013 Wroc\u0142aw expressway, Radomicko \u2013 Kaczkowo section, stage II\u00a0from Leszno Po\u0142udnie (with the junction) to\u00a0Kaczkowo. The contract has a\u00a0net value of PLN 189.1 million.<\/p>\n

The scope of work includes the construction of:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 9.5-kilometre section of the S5 expressway (two carriageways with two lanes each),<\/li>\n
  • the \u201cLeszno Po\u0142udnie\u201d road junction,<\/li>\n
  • 8 engineering structures (one bridge along the S5 road, four road viaducts, one upper passage for animals, two viaducts along the connector, including one over the railway line),<\/li>\n
  • culverts, environmental protection devices, road lighting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The investment also includes the reconstruction of transverse and access roads and the reconstruction of collisions.<\/p>\n

    The construction of the S5 expressway will take 20 months, and the winter periods from 15 December to\u00a015 March will not be\u00a0included in\u00a0the time of implementation of the investment.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
