Budimex\u2019s chatbot used to\u00a0recruit new employees has a\u00a0chance to\u00a0win the prestigious Digital Communication Awards (DAC).<\/strong> Polish project competes m.in.\u00a0with innovative digital solutions from companies such as\u00a0German Vodafone, Microsoft or\u00a0ABB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Budimex\u2019s solution used in\u00a0employer branding has been qualified for the finals of the competition. Out of over 700 digital projects, the jury of the competition selected 5 final solutions in\u00a0the employer branding category.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The chatbot was launched by\u00a0the\u00a0employer branding team\u00a0in\u00a02018. Supports the initial recruitment process of job candidates. A\u00a0virtual recruiter does a\u00a0great job. It verifies hundreds of reports 24 hours a\u00a0day. Combined with other innovative recruitment methods, such as\u00a0a\u00a0referral bonus or\u00a0employer branding, which we\u00a0have been using for some time, it also enables and optimises large recruitment processes for hundreds of different jobs,\u201d says Cezary M\u0105czka, Member of the Management Board of Budimex responsible for m.in.\u00a0for the HR division. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In\u00a0just a\u00a0few months, the chatbot conducted a\u00a0thousand conversations. He\u00a0helped to\u00a0indicate the appropriate recruitment to\u00a0630 candidates and arranged interviews for over 100 potential Budimex employees.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

DAC is a\u00a0global competition organized by\u00a0scientists from Quadriga University in\u00a0Berlin. The competition has been organized for seven years. In\u00a0last year\u2019s edition, it was won by\u00a0companies such as\u00a0Bosch, Daimler and Henkel. The results of this year\u2019s competition will be\u00a0announced on\u00a028 September.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
