\n The investor is the local government of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. It is the most modern facility for people with mental disorders in\u00a0Poland. The 7-segment building houses 9 specialized departments, a\u00a0modern rehabilitation center, 300 beds and places for relaxation and sports activity. Budimex has used ecological solutions and modern design in\u00a0the complex, taking care of the smallest finishing elements. The construction lasted 3 years, and the value of the project is over PLN 104 million. <\/strong>\n <\/p>\n

\u2013 <\/strong>Our investment is the first newly built psychiatric hospital in\u00a0post-war Poland, so expectations for it were really high. I\u00a0think that we\u00a0managed to\u00a0meet them \u2013 in\u00a0180 days we\u00a0managed to\u00a0bring the investment to\u00a0a\u00a0closed state. Further stages included intensive and extensive finishing works. It is the most modern psychiatric hospital in\u00a0Poland and one of the most modern in\u00a0Europe<\/em> \u2013 says Dariusz Blocher, President of Budimex S.A.<\/p>\n

Intensive start<\/strong> of construction<\/strong><\/p>\n

The construction of the Mazovian Provincial Hospital Drewnica began on\u00a0February 24, 2015. For 3 years, as\u00a0many as\u00a0400 people worked on\u00a0it. The facility is a\u00a07-segment building that occupies 22 thousandm2<\/sup> of space. It will include a\u00a0modern rehabilitation center, m.in.\u00a0rooms for music or\u00a0movement classes, therapeutic rooms, a\u00a0clinic and 300 beds. Importantly, patients will be\u00a0provided with care not only by\u00a0psychiatrists, but also by\u00a0specialists in\u00a0other fields, m.in.\u00a0gynecologists, urologists, ophthalmologists, neurologists.<\/p>\n

From the very beginning, the works reached the highest level of quality. An example of this can be\u00a0the use of as\u00a0many as\u00a05 km of columns, whose task was to\u00a0strengthen the base of the building. Other numbers are also impressive. \u201d The Drewnica Mazovian Provincial Hospital in\u00a0Z\u0105bki has m.in 25 thousandm3 <\/sup>of concrete from which the structural elements of the building were made, 1500 tonnes of reinforcing steel to\u00a0strengthen them, or\u00a00.5 million bricks used to\u00a0erect the walls by\u00a0bricklaying teams<\/em> ,\u201d says Piotr Kurowicki, contract manager at\u00a0Budimex. The construction to\u00a0the closed state lasted approx. half a\u00a0year, and its completion opened the way to\u00a0the start of finishing works.<\/p>\n

\n Granite flooring and modern design <\/strong>\n <\/p>\n

The finishing works included m.in.\u00a0installation of sanitary and electrical installations, as\u00a0well as\u00a0laying specialized floors and elements on\u00a0the walls. \u2013 The hospital is not only functional and perfectly connected, but also \u00a0very modern in\u00a0terms of design. Granite flooring and glass finishing elements, as\u00a0well as\u00a0the latest generation furniture and medical equipment matching this style, make the interior of the facility also visually present the European level<\/em> \u2013 says Dariusz Blocher.<\/p>\n

The whole is complemented by\u00a0a\u00a0carefully developed outdoor space, which has as\u00a0much as\u00a010 hectares of green areas. Alleys and alleys have been enriched with over 23 thousand. seedlings so that the vegetation is an element of therapy and relaxation for patients. There is also a\u00a0winter garden at\u00a0their disposal. The complex also includes spaces for integration, relaxation and physical activity with a\u00a0place to\u00a0play chess and table tennis. The main point is a\u00a0gazebo where you can organize sessions or\u00a0meetings.<\/p>\n

\n Ecological nature of the investment <\/strong>\n <\/p>\n

The hospital in\u00a0Z\u0105bki also stands out in\u00a0terms of the technological solutions used, which are aimed at\u00a0improving the work of the staff. \u2013 An example is the automated pharmacy system, which consists of a\u00a0central module with decentralized cabinets. It supports the control and distribution of medicines throughout the hospital<\/em> \u2013 says Piotr Kurowicki.<\/p>\n

Ecological solutions have been introduced in\u00a0the facility: renewable energy sources have been used in\u00a0water\u00a0 and air installations.\u00a0 These\u00a0 include, for example, heat pumps and solar collectors, which allow you to\u00a0reduce the cost of heating water by\u00a0up to\u00a0half.<\/p>\n

\u2013 The construction of this hospital is another investment in\u00a0the medical sector, which we\u00a0create comprehensively: from construction to\u00a0equipment. Such projects are important to\u00a0us, b<\/em>about In\u00a0addition to\u00a0the challenge they pose, these are much-needed investments that serve the community in\u00a0the region and even the entire country. We\u00a0are proud that once again we\u00a0managed to\u00a0create such a\u00a0modern medical facility<\/em> \u2013 says Dariusz Blocher.<\/p>\n

The value of the project is over PLN 104 million, of which PLN 95 million comes from EU\u00a0funds and PLN 13 million from the state budget. This is one of the largest investments carried out by\u00a0the local government of the province. Mazowieckie.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
