Everyone, regardless of their place of work, who successfully indicates an employee for the position sought by Budimex will receive a financial\u00a0 reward of up to PLN 2,000\u00a0.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new system of recruiting employees from Budimex (polecambudimex.pl) will be launched on 23 October this year. Budimex is looking for employees with over 50 different specialisations throughout Poland. Among them are such as: construction site managers, site engineers, foremen, track engineers, etc. All announcements and the system for submitting recommendations are available on the program\u2019s website: polecambudimex.pl<\/p>\n<p><em>The introduction of this innovative solution is an extension of the internal recommendation system that has been in place at Budimex for over two years. We fight for the best specialists in our industries. \u2013  <\/em>says Cezary M\u0105czka \u2013 Member of the Management Board of Budimex Dyr. Human Resources Management.<em>  In the first half of 2018, we hired almost 100 people out of 240 referrals. Most often, we work in this system for site managers and engineers. We are the first construction company\u00a0 in Poland to introduce such a solution for external and not only internal orders, i.e. carried out by current Budimex employees,\u201d he adds.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Budimex currently conducts over 300 construction contracts in Poland and abroad. We increased the value of the order book from PLN 4 billion in 2014 to PLN 10 billion this year. At the same time, the Budimex Group increased its employment from 4.5 to over 7 thousand people.  Budimex is the largest construction company in Poland.<\/p>\n<p><em>We are the largest employer on the construction market in Poland and a responsible employer. As one of the few companies on the market, we did not reduce employment in 2014-2016, when the construction industry was undergoing a decline in orders. We pay taxes in Poland and we are the largest taxpayer in the construction industry. At the moment, we are mainly looking for specialized site managers, engineers and foremen in many industries, especially in the field of railway and building construction  <\/em>\u2013 says Cezary M\u0105czka.<\/p>\n<p>Budimex is the market leader in responsible employers. It has been a member of the RESPECT Index continuously since 2011. The RESPECT Index is the first stock market index in Central and Eastern Europe to include shares of socially responsible companies. The index was created in 2010. Companies belonging to the RESPECT Index undergo a three-stage audit completed with an audit at the company to confirm the highest CSR standards pursued by the company. Such verification is carried out once a year. The partners of the project are the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Deloitte and SEG.
