At\u00a0the construction site of the so-called Yesterday, a\u00a0\u201csymbolic shovel\u201d was driven into the \u0141a\u0144cut bypass. The contractor for the works is Budimex S.A. The contract for the amount of PLN 115,847,768.51 gross was signed on\u00a018 May 2018. The completion of the investment is scheduled for September 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The extension of national road No. 94 is being carried out in\u00a0the \u201coptimize-design-build\u201d system. The contractor designed and obtained the decisions required by\u00a0law. Currently, the Podkarpackie Voivode is conducting the procedure of the amendment issued in\u00a02010. ZRID decision, which is planned to\u00a0be\u00a0obtained at\u00a0the end of \u00a0October this year. After obtaining the decision, the Contractor will commence the road works in\u00a0full.\u00a0\u201cWe are currently carrying out preparatory works based on\u00a0the\u00a0current decision on\u00a0the permit for the implementation of the investment to\u00a0the extent feasible, so that after receiving the amendment to\u00a0the ZRID decision, we\u00a0can perform as\u00a0much work<\/em> \u00a0as\u00a0possible before the winter period,\u201d said Jaros\u0142aw Jochymek, Contract Director, Budimex S.A.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The contractor is now focusing mainly on\u00a0the section of DK94 in\u00a0\u00a0G\u0142uch\u00f3w, where the following is ongoing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

>> removal of trees and shrubs with tidying up the area,<\/p>\n

>> removing the layer of humus,<\/p>\n

>> demolition of the surface,<\/p>\n

>> preparation of the area for the implementation of detours,<\/p>\n

>> sapper, environmental and archaeological reconnaissance,<\/p>\n

>> preparation of access roads to\u00a0the\u00a0 planned bridge structure,<\/p>\n

>> inventories of buildings, roads and areas for the planned gas pipeline,<\/p>\n

>> preparation of areas for the storage of materials.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Scope of works<\/strong><\/p>\n

As\u00a0part of the task, it is planned to\u00a0leave the cross-section of the national road as\u00a0a\u00a0single-carriageway, two-lane (one lane in\u00a0each direction), with a\u00a0lane excluded from traffic with a\u00a0protective barrier, over a\u00a0length of 5.82 km. The works will consist in\u00a0replacing the road structure and, where necessary, widening the road body. The works will be\u00a0carried out while maintaining the continuity of two-way traffic on\u00a0DK94.<\/p>\n

The scope of works also includes the reconstruction of single-level intersections \u2013 5 roundabouts at\u00a0the intersection of DK 94 with: DW 877, DW 881, ul.\u00a0Graniczna Street (connector to\u00a0the A4 motorway), ul.\u00a0Ko\u015bciuszki and DP 1520R and \u00a0the ordinary intersection with ul.\u00a0Pi\u0142sudski. The contractor will also build a\u00a0road bridge over the Sawa River with a\u00a0length of 100 km. 33 m, access roads and will rebuild and build technical infrastructure equipment:<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

>> water, sewage and gas networks, including the reconstruction of the DN400 high-pressure gas network to\u00a0the length of 6 km,<\/p>\n

>> power and telecommunication networks, service duct, lighting,<\/p>\n

>> traffic safety devices, noise barriers, vertical and horizontal markings.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bearing in\u00a0mind the safety of road users, especially the least protected ones, i.e. pedestrians and cyclists, it is assumed that sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths as\u00a0well as\u00a0bus bays will be\u00a0built.<\/p>\n

As\u00a0part of the design work, the Contractor proposed new solutions, to\u00a0which applications from local authorities were submitted. GDDKiA, in\u00a0order to\u00a0meet the submitted demands, to\u00a0a\u00a0large extent took them into account in\u00a0the replacement construction project.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Examples of changes introduced on\u00a0the basis of the demands of local governments:<\/strong><\/p>\n

>> the entrance and exit from the areas of: MOSiR, District Hospital, Education Center and Technical School Complex to\u00a0DK94 to\u00a0right-turn with the possibility of making a\u00a0left-turn maneuver has been designed,<\/p>\n

>> new bus bays have been designed or\u00a0the location of existing ones has been changed,<\/p>\n

>> new pedestrian crossings have been designed or\u00a0their location has been changed,<\/p>\n

>> a\u00a0direct connection to\u00a0DK94 m.in was designed. hive. Bema and ul.\u00a0Orzeszkowa,<\/p>\n

>> a\u00a0direct connection of the additional roadway to\u00a0the roundabout in\u00a0G\u0142uch\u00f3w was designed due to\u00a0the location of the Cultural Center and the Voluntary Fire Brigade.\u00a0<\/p>\n
