The contract provides for m.in.\u00a0construction of 5 buildings, internal roads, parking lots and parking areas with the necessary infrastructure. The area of the investment area is 86,855\u00a0m2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

On\u00a0almost ninety thousand square meters of land, a\u00a0warehouse and distribution hall with technological galleries with a\u00a0usable area of 21.5 thousandm2<\/sup>, a\u00a0two-storey office and social building with a\u00a0usable area of 2.3 thousandm2<\/sup>, a\u00a0car wash for trucks and a\u00a0porter\u2019s lodge building with a\u00a0drive-through shelter and a\u00a0shelter for bicycles will be\u00a0built. There will also be\u00a0a\u00a0network of internal roads and two car parks for passenger cars for 115 vehicles and two parking areas for vans, which will accommodate 65 vehicles.<\/p>\n

The works began on\u00a023 October and the planned deadline for the implementation of the contract is July 2013.<\/p>\n

The JMD Distribution Centre in\u00a0Gda\u0144sk will provide services related to\u00a0the collection of goods from suppliers, their short-term storage, completion and distribution of product deliveries to\u00a0the \u201cBiedronka\u201d grocery stores.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
