The contract is an important step in\u00a0the development of the new area of operations in\u00a0Poland of the company\u2019s owners, i.e. Ferrovial Services (51%) and Budimex (49%), which is the maintenance of facilities. <\/p>\n

Under the contract worth PLN 4.3 million net, FB Serwis will maintain electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water and sewage installations and supervise building automation (BMS). The scope of the contract includes fire protection installations, telecommunications networks and the roof.<\/p>\n

FB Serwis uses the knowledge and experience of Ferrovial Services, which is present in\u00a0Europe, the United States, South America and the Middle East, and Budimex, which operates in\u00a0Poland, which intends to\u00a0diversify the area of its operations through its involvement in\u00a0FB Serwis.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0Poland, the company intends to\u00a0develop its activities in\u00a0the area of waste management, maintenance of transport infrastructure and the aforementioned facility management.<\/p>\n

FB The service was created in\u00a02012 and has already managed to\u00a0gain significant references on\u00a0the Polish market. Currently, the Company operates sections of the A4 and A1 motorways in\u00a0the year-round \u201cmaintain standard\u201d system and national roads in\u00a0the south of the country, where the main task is to\u00a0maintain passability in\u00a0winter. <\/p>\n

One of the contracts that FB Serwis is currently implementing is the technical maintenance of the Rydygier Hospital in\u00a0Krakow. Another one is to\u00a0ensure energy efficiency for public buildings in\u00a0Warsaw and \u0141\u00f3d\u017a.<\/p>\n

The company is at\u00a0the final stage of negotiations on\u00a0new technical maintenance projects for industrial and retail facilities.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
