\n One of the most prestigious awards granted by\u00a0the Polish economic media, the titles of \u201cThe One Who Changes Polish Industry\u201d, was presented for the fourteenth time by\u00a0the editors of the Nowy Przemys\u0142 Economic Monthly and the wnp.pl portal. The ceremonial gala took place on\u00a017 February 2014. at\u00a0the Sheraton Hotel in\u00a0Warsaw.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n

For years, the winners of these prestigious awards have been people, institutions and enterprises that have had a\u00a0significant impact on\u00a0positive changes in\u00a0Polish industry and contributed to\u00a0the development of the entire economy<\/em> ,\u201d said Wojciech Ku\u015bpik<\/strong>, President of the PTWP Group, the publisher of the monthly.<\/p>\n

This year, Budimex was recognised for its consistent opposition to\u00a0unfavourable trends in\u00a0the construction industry and the stability achieved in\u00a0a\u00a0difficult and volatile market environment.<\/p>\n

Budimex has been called the leader of the Polish construction market for years. The Group skilfully uses its assets and competences, avoiding excessive risk, rationally managing costs, adapting to\u00a0economic fluctuations and dynamic market<\/em> \u2013 stated the organisers in\u00a0the justification for awarding the award \u2013 The example of Budimex shows that well-thought-out decisions, diversification strategy, discipline and a\u00a0rational approach to\u00a0risk bring business results even in\u00a0unfavourable market conditions.<\/em><\/p>\n

Thanking for the award, the President of Budimex, Dariusz Blocher, reminded that the company he\u00a0manages completes one hundred contracts every year and employs over 5 thousand. employees and cooperates with 12 thousand. Subcontractors.<\/p>\n

The PTWP Group is the publisher of some of the most opinion-forming economic magazines and portals. The Nowy Przemys\u0142 Economic Monthly, which has been published for several years, is a\u00a0platform for the exchange of experiences of people managing the Polish industry. PTWP also organises one of the most important industry events \u2013 the European Economic Congress in\u00a0Katowice.<\/p>\n

In\u00a0addition to\u00a0Budimex, the \u201cOne who changes Polish industry\u201d awards were also given to: former Prime Ministers Jerzy Buzek and Leszek Miller, Janusz Lewandowski, PKP Group, PKN Orlen, Track Tec, Work Service, REC Global, Towarowa Gie\u0142da Energii and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
