\n On 29 January 2014. The Supervisory Board of Budimex SA in connection with the resignation as of 7 January 2014. Tomasz Sielicki from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board, decided to accept Janusz Dedo. In accordance with the Articles of Association of Budimex SA, the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA decided to present Janusz Dedo as a member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA for approval to the next General Meeting of Budimex SA.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n

Janusz Dedo has been the President of the Management Board of HSBC Bank Polska S.A. since August 2005. Previously, in 1998-2004, he was Vice President of the Management Board of Bank PEKAO S.A. responsible for the retail banking division, and then President of Bank PEKAO Ukraine Ltd., which he held until July 2006. He has also served on MasterCard\u2019s regional and global governance structures. For many years, Janusz Dedo has been a member of the Council of the Polish Bank Association, and since June 2011 he has also been the President of the Management Board of the Polish Association of Private Employers of Banks and Financial Institutions. This organization is a member of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. A graduate of economic studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. U.S. Government Scholar at the University of Minnesota. He began his professional career at the Institute of World Economy, where he was responsible for assessing the situation on the global commodity markets. From June 1987 he was employed at the National Bank of Poland in the Office of Cooperation with the World Bank.<\/p>\n
