\n On\u00a01 June 2015, Budimex signed a\u00a0contract with Dune B, a\u00a0company belonging to\u00a0the Firmus Group, for the construction of a\u00a0residential building in\u00a0Mielno. The contract has a\u00a0net value of PLN 53.4 million. Budimex will have time until 28 April 2017 to\u00a0implement the investment.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n

Dune B\u00a0is the second apartment building to\u00a0be\u00a0built by\u00a0Budimex for the Mielno developer Firmus Group. Earlier, in\u00a0mid-June 2013, it completed the construction of Dune A, i.e. the first part of Dune Resort \u2013 a\u00a0complex with a\u00a0total planned usable area of 33 thousand zlotys. sq. m. located almost on\u00a0the seashore. In\u00a0addition to\u00a0Dune B\u00a0(151 apartments), DUNE C\u00a0(80 more) will be\u00a0built in\u00a0the future. The entire complex will accommodate approx. 350 holiday apartments of various sizes.<\/p>\n

The main architect of the investment and the author of the project is Dr. Marek Sietnicki from SAS \u2013 Studio Architektoniczne Sietnicki from Szczecin. He\u00a0also designed Dune A. The current design retains all the distinguishing features of the previous project, appreciated in\u00a02014 m.in.\u00a0by\u00a0specialist publications (m.in.\u00a0the monthly \u201cArchitektura\u201d and the \u201c\u017bycie w\u00a0Architekturze\u201d website). Large glazing areas result in\u00a0maximum access to\u00a0natural light inside. The body of the building is set in\u00a0such a\u00a0way that a\u00a0view of the sea is available from as\u00a0many points as\u00a0possible. Bright facades blend in\u00a0with the natural surroundings of the beach and the shore dune.<\/p>\n

Dune B\u00a0offers buyers 151 turnkey apartments of various sizes: 36 studios; 80 two-bedroom, 29 three-bedroom and 6 penthouse.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0spacious lobby with reception and security is planned in\u00a0the building. The underground garage hall will have parking spaces, storage rooms and bicycle boxes. The SPA zone includes a\u00a0swimming pool, a\u00a0recreational pool and a\u00a0children\u2019s pool, a\u00a0jacuzzi, saunas, and a\u00a0massage room. This will complement the leisure offer of DUNE A, which already has a\u00a0cosmetology and wellness salon, a\u00a0fitness room, and on\u00a0the outdoor terrace, facing the sea, there are two outdoor heated swimming pools.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
