As part of the investment, Budimex will design and build a 13-kilometre section of a dual carriageway expressway from the end of the Ko\u0142biel bypass to the beginning of the Garwolin bypass.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Budimex has 34 months to complete the investment. Winter periods (from mid-December to mid-March) will not be included in the implementation time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n            <em>This is another contract of Budimex for the construction of the S17.
