As\u00a0part of the investment, Budimex will design and build a\u00a013-kilometre section of a\u00a0dual carriageway expressway from the end of the Ko\u0142biel bypass to\u00a0the beginning of the Garwolin bypass.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Budimex has 34 months to\u00a0complete the investment. Winter periods (from mid-December to\u00a0mid-March) will not be\u00a0included in\u00a0the implementation time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n            <em>This is another contract of Budimex for the construction of the S17.
