\n The award of the title of \u201cResponsible Employer 2017\u201d by the editors of \u201cRzeczpospolita\u201d is an honour for the HR policy implemented by Budimex SA based on investment in employees, enabling the development of competences and promotion.<\/strong>\n <\/p>\n

The Budimex Group employs over 6 thousand. people and this year it plans to recruit another few hundred professionals. The company creates comprehensive programs dedicated to individual groups of employees, so that managers, experts and other specialists can build further paths of professional development. Since 1995, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and since 2011 it has been included in the RESPECT index \u2013 the most responsible listed companies and is one of the signatories of the Agreement for Safety in Construction. This further mobilizes the company to take care of all aspects of its operations.<\/p>\n

Consistent development and realisation of values make Budimex a company valued in the industry. It is at the forefront of the best employers. It can boast the prestigious title: Employer of the Year in Construction or Industry Leader in the Construction Category. It is also at the forefront of the ranking of Ideal Employer, Company for Engineers, and Reliable Employer of the Year in the Construction Industry.<\/p>\n

In the sixth edition of the nationwide Programme, the Chapter chaired by Marcin Piasecki, Managing Editor of the Rzeczpospolita daily, among companies employing more than 500 people, was guided by four criteria, such as: employment growth in 2016\/2015 and 2015\/2014, taxes per employee in 2016, income per employee in 2016 and employment in 2016.<\/p>\n

Budimex was one of the 12 awarded winners.<\/p>\n

Responsible Employer \u2013 HR Leader 2017 is a nationwide program in the area of human resources (HR). Its aim is to disseminate and promote appropriate models, models and strategies of activities in the field of personnel policy and strategies for integrating personnel matters with business matters. The program is addressed to companies operating in Polish, for which care for working conditions and employee development is part of the company\u2019s strategy. The main criterion for selecting the winners of the Programme is the broadly understood quality of employment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
