The contract has a net value of PLN 42.9 million.<\/p>\n

The completion date was set for 9 December 2013<\/p>\n

The Corporate Services Center will be a modern office building with a usable area of 9.5 thousand. m.kw.<\/p>\n

The contractor\u2019s tasks also include the development of the area around the building, the construction of internal communication routes and parking lots.<\/p>\n

The facility will use solutions enabling the certification of the facility in the BREEAM system.<\/p>\n

\n BREEAM is a building quality assessment system that is currently a standard in the real estate industry in Europe and around the world, used by investors, developers and tenants. BREEAM takes into account many features of the building, including m.in. energy efficiency, transport accessibility, materials and construction, operation and implementation management, water and waste management.<\/em>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
