The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 7 November 2024 it decided to start the process of reviewing the strategic options of the FBSerwis Group.<\/p>

As part of the review, Budimex intends to analyse scenarios together with the Management Board of FBSerwis SA, the parent company of the FBSerwis Group, including, among others, attracting a significant investor or investors for  the FBSerwis Group (both minority and majority), concluding a strategic alliance with another entity, introducing the company to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The possibility of diversifying the activities of the FBSerwis Group is also to be analyzed. The above list of scenarios is not exhaustive and does not exclude the consideration of other options not listed above, if such arise as a result of the review, including the disposal of assets.<\/p>

Budimex has decided to join the process of selecting an external advisor from among reputable companies, whose task will be to support the Management Board in carrying out the process of reviewing strategic options.<\/p>

As part of the strategic options review process, a market analysis will be carried out and the interest of potential investors will be identified. Based on the results of the above activities, Budimex will decide on further actions as part of the process, which should take place by 30 April 2025.<\/p>

The indicated dates are estimates and have been set in the current market and economic conditions.<\/p>

The result of the process may also be a decision to adopt a new development strategy for the FBSerwis Group within the Budimex Group.<\/p>

Budimex decided to disclose the above information to the public due to its importance for the operations of Budimex SA, in particular in terms of the areas of business.<\/p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section> \n
