The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on\u00a07 November 2024 it decided to\u00a0start the process of reviewing the strategic options of the FBSerwis Group.<\/p>

As part of the review, Budimex intends to\u00a0analyse scenarios together with the Management Board of FBSerwis SA, the parent company of the FBSerwis Group, including, among others, attracting a\u00a0significant investor or\u00a0investors for  the FBSerwis Group (both minority and majority), concluding a\u00a0strategic alliance with another entity, introducing the company to\u00a0the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The possibility of diversifying the activities of the FBSerwis Group is also to\u00a0be\u00a0analyzed. The above list of scenarios is not exhaustive and does not exclude the consideration of other options not listed above, if such arise as\u00a0a\u00a0result of the review, including the disposal of assets.<\/p>

Budimex has decided to\u00a0join the process of selecting an external advisor from among reputable companies, whose task will be\u00a0to\u00a0support the Management Board in\u00a0carrying out the process of reviewing strategic options.<\/p>

As part of the strategic options review process, a\u00a0market analysis will be\u00a0carried out and the interest of potential investors will be\u00a0identified. Based on\u00a0the results of the above activities, Budimex will decide on\u00a0further actions as\u00a0part of the process, which should take place by\u00a030 April 2025.<\/p>

The indicated dates are estimates and have been set in\u00a0the current market and economic conditions.<\/p>

The result of the process may also be\u00a0a\u00a0decision to\u00a0adopt a\u00a0new development strategy for the FBSerwis Group within the Budimex Group.<\/p>

Budimex decided to\u00a0disclose the above information to\u00a0the public due to\u00a0its importance for the operations of Budimex SA, in\u00a0particular in\u00a0terms of the areas of business.<\/p><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section> \n
