Budimex received the Friendly Workplace 2026 Special Award, awarded by\u00a0the MarkaPracodawcy.pl portal. The award goes to\u00a0employers who consistently and consciously invest in\u00a0people, creating a\u00a0modern work environment based on\u00a0values, mutual respect and a\u00a0responsible approach to\u00a0management.<\/strong><\/p>

The jury appreciated Budimex’s organizational culture built on\u00a0the basis of four pillars: ethics, responsibility, ambition and cooperation. The company’s activities for diversity and care for the health and well-being of employees \u2013 both physically and mentally \u2013 as\u00a0well as\u00a0the policy conducive to\u00a0work-life balance were also highly appreciated.<\/p>

” This award is of particular importance to\u00a0us, as\u00a0it concerns the area that we\u00a0treat at\u00a0Budimex as\u00a0the foundation of the organization. For years, we\u00a0have been consistently developing a\u00a0work culture based on\u00a0trust, responsibility and cooperation, and at\u00a0the same time we\u00a0invest in\u00a0the development of competences, well-being and safety of our employees. We\u00a0are pleased that these activities have been noticed and appreciated. We\u00a0show that it is possible to\u00a0combine the position of a\u00a0market leader with a\u00a0responsible approach to\u00a0employees <\/em>,” <\/em>says<\/strong> Anna Kary\u015b-Sosi\u0144ska, Member of the Management Board, Director of the Human Resources Management Division at\u00a0Budimex SA.<\/strong><\/p>

Among the awarded initiatives, there were three flagship development programs of the company. Super Leader<\/strong> is a\u00a0project addressed to\u00a0the management staff of the Budimex Group, combining the diagnosis of the organizational climate with workshops, coaching and implementation tasks. The fourth edition of the program was attended by\u00a089 leaders. The Young Engineer Academy<\/strong> supports new employees in\u00a0engineering positions in\u00a0efficient implementation of their duties \u2013 through three thematic blocks: personal effectiveness, professional effectiveness and safety on\u00a0the construction site. Brick Success<\/strong> , on\u00a0the other hand, is a\u00a0program designed for women working on\u00a0construction contracts and performing key functions in\u00a0the organization. The last edition was attended by\u00a048 participants, developing competences in\u00a0communication, building relationships and managing their own potential. Budimex consistently implements the policy of equal opportunities. Transparent rules for recruitment, promotion and remuneration are part of the company’s long-term approach to\u00a0developing people and building a\u00a0modern workplace. The editors of MarkaPracodawcy.pl also drew attention to\u00a0the long-term Volunteer Grant<\/strong> programme, under which employees submit projects addressed to\u00a0local communities. Every quarter, Budimex’s CSR Committee awards funds to\u00a0selected initiatives, and their implementation is supported by\u00a0volunteer employees.<\/p><\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section> \n
