Working in\u00a0a\u00a0consortium with Andritz AG, we\u00a0were responsible for their construction. In\u00a0accordance with the project assumptions, we\u00a0installed a\u00a0catalytic denitrification (SCR) installation and modernized the semi-dry desulphurization installation for the coal-fired K2 boiler type OP\u00a0230. All this allowed for the reduction of nitrogen oxides 3 in\u00a0the flue gas to\u00a0the level of ?100 mg\/Nm and the reduction of sulphur oxides to\u00a0the level of 3 ?100 mg\/Nm for the maximum flue gas stream of 3 approx. 250,000 Nm \/h.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The scope of the contract included design works, supply of equipment, assembly and commissioning of the following technological and auxiliary systems:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>flue gas duct system<\/li>\n<li>SCR reactor system<\/li>\n<li>ammonia water dosing system<\/li>\n<li>draught fans<\/li>\n<li>Rotary Air Preheater (Upgrade)<\/li>\n<li>semi-dry flue gas desulphurization installation (modernization)<\/li>\n<li>electrical installations, including power supply systems for draught fans<\/li>\n<li>control and measurement system with CEMS<\/li>\n<li>ventilation and air conditioning system for electrical rooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">along with the necessary construction work, including equipment foundations and supporting structures.<\/p><\/div>\n                                            <\/div>\n                                                                                                                                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":44037,"parent":0,"template":"","realizations_category":[668,667],"realizations_type":[],"voidvoideship":[],"country":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.5 -
