The canal, which until now was one of the narrowest sections of the Martwa Wis\u0142a, was widened from 30 to 51 m and deepened to the ordinate of -7.0 m. The scope of work included, among others, the construction of 56 reinforced concrete sections of the shore support reaching a depth of -19.5 m.
