In\u00a0the Northern Water Supply Plant located in\u00a0Wieliszew near Warsaw, we\u00a0performed:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Modernization of initial ozonation. The scope of work included, m.in: <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • delivery and installation of ozone production and dosing installations, as\u00a0well as\u00a0installation of a\u00a0transit ozone pipe<\/li>\n
  • replacement of the existing DN 1200 fittings (wedge gate valves) with new dampers at\u00a0the water inlet to\u00a0the pre-ozone chambers<\/li>\n
  • relocation of the existing residual ozone destructor<\/li>\n
  • replacement of existing stop closures, preparation of the site for the construction of the Oxygen Storage, general construction renovation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Modernization of fast sand filters. The scope of work included, m.in: <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • replacement in\u00a024 pcs. plate drainage filters for prefabricated slotted drainage and replacement of the filter bed with new two-layer anthracite-sand<\/li>\n
    • fitting filters with fittings and drives on\u00a0the filtered water system<\/li>\n
    • execution of the discharge system to\u00a0the first degree pumping station. of the first filtrate from each filter<\/li>\n
    • installation of devices for filtering water quality control and measuring and control equipment on\u00a0each filter<\/li>\n
    • modernization of the installation of blowers and water pumping stations for rinsing filters<\/li>\n
    • replacement of fittings and control and measurement equipment (I&C)<\/li>\n
    • reconstruction of the central heating system and construction-related works<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Modernization of the lime installation. The scope of work covered m.in.\u00a0Modernisation: <\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • technological installation for the preparation and dosing of lime milk<\/li>\n
      • accelerator technological installation and technological pumping stations<\/li>\n
      • lime milk plant<\/li>\n
      • installation for the removal and dewatering of limescale deposits from the accelerator<\/li>\n
      • installation of the supply of lime milk preparation system with lime water<\/li>\n
      • automation and power supply system and leachate pumping station, as\u00a0well as\u00a0general construction works, including thermal modernization of the accelerator building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
