Budimex has built the Goleni\u00f3w-Ciecierzyce gas pipeline, which is part of the Baltic Pipe project implemented by GAZ-SYSTEM. It is the longest, nearly 122 kilometres, onshore section of the gas pipeline, which will enable the supply of gas to Polish from Norwegian fields. The technologies used by Budimex have made it possible to cross geologically difficult or urbanisation areas in a minimally invasive manner, so they are the most environmentally friendly and speed up the implementation of works. To bypass ground obstacles, such as rivers or roads, Budimex required Budimex to construct 55 trenchless crossings using microtunneling, drilling and jacking methods, and 4 crossings using the state-of-the-art Direct Pipe technology. This is how the drillings under the Ina, Pe\u0142cz and Kr\u0105piel rivers were created, and the last one, the longest in Poland, under the Warta River, 1400 m long. The drilling under the Warta River at its lowest point is located at a depth of up to 40 m. In the remaining sections, the gas pipeline was laid at a depth of at least 1.2 metres in a properly prepared trench, in some sections secured with sheet piling due to the prevailing geological conditions.<\/p>\n

\nIn addition to the pipeline itself, which is connected by approx. 8 thousand Budimex also completed four technological facilities: the expansion of the Goleni\u00f3w Gas Compressor Station by adding a piston transmitting lock unit and the construction of shut-off and relief systems in Kolonia Kiczarowo, Przywodzie and Busz\u00f3w. The Baltic Pipe project implemented by GAZ-SYSTEM is a strategic element of our country\u2019s infrastructure, which will strengthen the country\u2019s energy security.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":34292,"parent":0,"template":"","realizations_category":[668,667],"realizations_type":[],"voidvoideship":[],"country":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\nBaltic Pipe Goleni\u00f3w-Ciecierzyce gas pipeline -
