Budimex took 3rd place among companies from the construction industry in the “Poland’s Best Employers 2026” ranking prepared by Forbes magazine. The industry ranking included 25 companies from the construction sector, and Budimex was high, among m.in, by employee ratings on working conditions, organizational culture and professional development opportunities.
The Forbes “Poland’s Best Employers 2026” ranking is based on surveys conducted among employees who evaluate, among m.in, employment conditions, organizational culture, professional development opportunities and benefits offer. The list indicates companies that stand out for their employment stability and high quality of the work environment. Among all companies from the construction industry ranked in the ranking, Budimex took 3rd place, and 103rd in the overall ranking of 350 employers from all over Polish representing various sectors of the economy.
