On 12 March 2014, Budimex signed a contract with the Marshal of the Lubelskie Voivodeship for the construction of the Lublin Conference Centre and the seat of the Marshal’s Office in Lublin. The contract has a net value of PLN 89.7 million.
The Lublin Conference Centre will be built at 2 Grottgera Street The building will have 6 floors above ground and 3 underground with 52 parking spaces. The total area of the Centre will amount to 9.8 thousand m.kw, the usable area – 5.1 thousand m.kw. The construction of the Lublin Conference Centre will be completed on 30 April 2015.
The new seat of the Marshal’s Office will be located at 4 Grottgera Street in Lublin. The building will have 6 floors above ground and 3 underground with 186 parking spaces. The total area of the facility is 18.3 thousand m.kw, usable – 12.8 thousand m.kw. The building of the Marshal’s Office will be ready on 31 May 2015.
The contractor’s responsibilities also include land development, construction of new underground infrastructure, roads, parking bays and parking lots, planting greenery and fencing the area.
