On 6 March 2014, Budimex signed a contract with Bouygues Immobilier Polska Sp. z o.o. two contracts for the construction of the Arte Nova residential complex at ul. Jan Kazimierz in Warsaw. The contracts have a total net value of PLN 55.8 million.
The investment has been divided into two stages. As part of the first stage, the implementation of which will begin after signing the contract, one residential building with a height of 6 to 8 floors will be built, in which there will be 185 apartments and 6 commercial premises. An underground garage is planned on levels -1 and -2. The building will be ready by 7 August 2015.
As part of the second stage of the investment, the implementation of which will begin in May 2015, one residential building with a height of 6 to 8 floors, with 133 apartments, 5 commercial premises and a two-level underground garage will be built. The construction will be completed on 10 November 2016.
The contractor’s responsibilities also include land development, construction of internal roads and planting greenery.
