The start of construction is planned for January 2015. The construction of the first stage, with a total usable area of 4480 m² (71 apartments), will be completed in the third quarter of 2016.
The entire investment includes a complex of two high-standard multi-family residential buildings, along with an internal, green patio for residents, a public square and a two-level underground car park.
In the first stage, a U-shaped building will be built, with the main lobby from the side of ul. Niemcewicza and two side wings, which are an extension of the buildings along Poniecka and Odrzykońska streets. The apartment building will include one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments, with an area of 31 to approx. 120 m². On the top floor, a representative over 200-meter penthouse with a height of 3.30 m is planned, with its own access to the elevator. All apartments are equipped with loggias, and the apartments on the top floor – with terraces with a view of the center of Warsaw and Stara Ochota.
