On 10 September 2015, Budimex signed a contract with the Waryński Group for the construction of the EQlibrium office building, which will be built at the intersection of Jana Kazimierza and Ordona streets in Warsaw’s Wola district. The contract has a net value of PLN 56.5 million.
As part of the investment, Budimex will build a modern office building in the technical standard of class A, consisting of two connected blocks of different heights – 6 and 11 floors. A total of 10.5 thousand m.kw will be built. of office and service space. There will be 113 parking spaces on two underground floors.
Modern technical solutions will be used in the building, m.in. façade with increased thermal and acoustic insulation, BMS system and energy-saving lighting. The office building will have a BREEAM certificate at the very good level.

Construction works will begin in September this year. EQlibrium will be ready at the end of 2016.
