Today, the National Appeals Chamber rejected the protest of competing companies and stated that the price for the collection and transport of municipal waste in Poznań proposed by the consortium with the participation of FB Serwis, Cespa and Agora is not grossly low. The judgment of the National Appeals Chamber confirmed that the consortium’s bid was prepared reliably, although the competition claimed that the price for such services should be five times higher.
This is good news for the residents of Poznań. We hope to sign the contract soon – said Artur Pielech, CEO of FB Serwis.
At the same time, the National Appeals Chamber recommended an inspection of the transport base at ul. Wieruszowska by the Provincial Inspectorate for Environmental Protection. It should be mentioned that the investor – GOAP had previously visited the base and had no objections.
I hope that the inspection will be carried out quickly and we will be able to proceed with the service. We are currently recruiting employees from the Poznań region, we invite local companies to cooperate with us – sums up Artur Pielech from FB Serwis.
