The contract included the continuation of the construction of the A-4 motorway on the section Rzeszów Zachód junction – Rzeszów Centralny junction. As part of the works, the road structure was made and bituminous mass was laid on a 4-kilometer long section. A two-level collision-free junction with the S19 road and intersections with transverse roads were built.

The investment also provided for the construction of the following elements: 2 motorway bridges, 1 motorway viaduct, 1 animal crossing, 4 engineering structures along transverse roads and slip roads.

In addition, the Highway Maintenance Circuit (OUA), construction and reconstruction of the network and infrastructure colliding with the Highway were completed. The investment also included the construction of gas and energy networks, environmental protection devices, lighting, and traffic safety equipment.
