Construction and renovation of residential, service and commercial buildings, marked as buildings A and B, and construction of residential building C, multi-family apartment building with an underground garage and a swimming pool with a total development area of 9.5 thousand. m2. The finishing works included public areas: corridors, service premises, technical rooms. The buildings are equipped with electrical, central heating, water and sewage installations and all technical infrastructure. The area was also developed (communication routes and parking lots). The works were carried out under the constant supervision of the Municipal Conservator of Monuments, respecting the existing tree stand. The total net value of the project was PLN 77 million.
