The constructed facility is a modern office building with a usable area of 9,500 m2, prepared to provide modern business services. The six-storey office building can ultimately accommodate 900 people in nearly 280 office rooms. As part of the works, the area around the building was also developed, internal communication routes and parking lots were built.

The building has been equipped with solutions enabling the certification of the building in the BREEAM system. It is a building quality assessment system that is currently a standard in the real estate industry in Europe and around the world, used by investors, developers and tenants. BREEAM takes into account many features of the building, including m.in. energy efficiency, transport accessibility, materials and construction, operation and implementation management, water and waste management.
