Construction of a service and commercial facility with a multi-storey garage. In addition, infrastructure was built, which includes parking lots, access roads and green areas. As part of the investment, a delivery part with access was also built, and utility installations were made: electrical, plumbing and gas installations. The usable area of the building is 9 thousand. m2, cubic volume: 108 thousand m2. The total value of the project amounted to PLN 28 million net.
