Expansion and modernization of airport and port infrastructure: road works, construction of sanitary sewage system, construction of rainwater drainage, navigation lighting, construction of lighting for Aircraft Parking Planes. As part of the works, a two-and-a-half-kilometre section of the runway and the existing taxiways were renovated and modernised; A parallel taxiway was built with a length of approx. 2.5 kilometers and 4 new taxiways (approx. 720 meters long). What is more, three aprons were renovated and expanded. The works also included sanitary and rainwater drainage, power networks, area lighting and navigation, cable and fiber optic networks.
