The contract included a comprehensive turnkey development of the Gliwice Shopping Centre along with design. The Centre includes, among others: a shopping mall, a supermarket, 13 Cinema City screens and underground car parks. In the “Construction of the Year 2007” competition, organized by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians, the building received the First Degree Award in the “commercial facilities” category. The building has almost 92 thousand. m2. The total net value of the project amounted to PLN 191 million.
