General contracting of a multifunctional building with a hotel part (a five-star hotel of the Hilton International chain), a conference room, a wellness club and all the necessary installations for this class of buildings. The height of the hotel tower is 94 meters, i.e. 26 floors above ground and three underground. The total area was 47,300 m2. In the “Construction of the Year 2006” competition, the building received the Second Degree Award in the category “Public Utility Buildings”. The total value of the project is PLN 97 million net.
