Turnkey construction of an office and workshop building with an area of 100 sq. total 3.9 thousand. m2, consisting of a workshop part – a hall with all connections to the building and installation (water, sanitary, energy, gas and teletechnical) and an office building connected to the social part of the workshop hall. As part of the works, access roads, maneuvering areas and land development along with the construction of a fence were also made. The total value of the project amounted to PLN 12 million net.
