The Nowe Ogrody estate is a six-storey housing estate that is being built in Poznań. It is located between the Lotników Wielkopolskich Housing Estate and the Polish Aviation Housing Estate, at Janusza Meissnera Street in the Jeżyce district.

As part of the first stage of the new housing estate, which will ultimately include 760 apartments, a multi-family residential building with seven floors, including one underground storey, was built. The first building will house 76 apartments as well as commercial and service premises. Apartments with an area of 24 to 77 m2 are equipped with spacious terraces or balconies. There are also 101 parking spaces in the underground garage and 40 in the above-ground garage at the disposal of residents. The total area of the facility is 9,787 m2.
