The estate is located just behind stage I, in the second line of buildings from ul. Peasant Battalions. Stage II is a partially cascading 2, 3 and 4-storey C-shaped building with an internal courtyard. There is a playground for younger children with a sandpit and play equipment, a recreational and leisure area with benches and chess tables. Warm colours are planned on the façades – white, beige and cladding in the form of formwork. Greenery has also been arranged in the estate.

In the second stage of the investment, 141 apartments were built. All of them with a balcony, terrace or garden. The areas of the apartments range from 25 to 107 m2. Not far from the estate there are schools, kindergartens and shopping centers at ul. Górczewska. There is also a municipal playground in the “Górczewska” park.
