The works included the construction of a hall with installations and technical equipment. Construction equipment related to the Ergo Arena building was made: connections and installation devices, access roads, parking lots, parking lots, pedestrian crossings, including a pedestrian and bicycle path, fences and a footbridge over the future Green Road. In addition, m.in were completed. water and sewage network and the area around the hall was developed. The total area of the facility is 43 thousand. m2, cubic capacity 390 thousand. m³. The total value of the project amounted to PLN 194 million net.
