Construction and installation works were carried out consisting in the expansion of the existing building in the raw state, which houses the Psychiatry Clinic, the Geriatrics Clinic, the Dermatology, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Immunodermatology Clinic and the Department of Palliative Medicine. All of them are located on the premises of the University Hospital No. 1 im. Dr. Antoniego Jurasz in Bydgoszcz at ul. Maria Skłodowska-Curie.

The hospital consists of three storey segments: A, B, C and a connector. The second floor was added in segment A and the connector, a basement segment D with three above-ground storeys was added, a connector between segments C and D was also built and the external infrastructure was rebuilt. The cubic capacity of the facility is 68,102 m³, and the total area: 18,055 m2.
