The works included the performance of construction and installation works, delivery and installation of machinery and equipment along with the equipment of the Plant, mechanical and technological start-up of the waste sorting line and the installation of intensive biological stabilization in bioreactors, training of the Ordering Party’s personnel in the operation of the installation and obtaining an occupancy permit for the facility.

A hall for receiving mixed municipal waste and a waste sorting plant, a warehouse for raw material and bulky waste, and a hall for receiving raw material waste and waste segregation were built. The total amount of waste sent to the sorting plant is approx. 40,000 Mg/a, and the capacity of the technological line for municipal waste is respectively:
– 38,000 Mg/a of mixed waste for mechanical-biological treatment,
– 2,000 Mg/a of waste collected selectively for post-cleaning on the so-called “Swi-S” sorting line. secondary raw materials,
– 10,000 Mg/a of rubble for processing and storage
– 1,000 Mg/a of green waste for composting,
– 500 Mg/a of structural waste.

The work also included the following works: an intensive biological stabilization installation in bioreactors with a total capacity of 20,500 Mg/a, pumping stations, a rainwater separator and a sedimentation tank for technological wastewater, waste reception and storage sites. Administrative, social and sanitary buildings, transformer stations, a weighing building, roads, squares and parking lots were also built. Sanitary networks and electrical installations.

The work was carried out under archaeological supervision.
